Campsite rules
For the record, some rules have been drawn up for your stay. Each reservation automatically implies full approval and compliance with these regulations, both for the official tenant and his guests.
- Each stay must be booked in advance and paid for in full via the campsite application on the website.
- Cancellations are accepted and fully refundable up to 14 days before the arrival date. You can reschedule your stay free of charge until the arrival date.
- Arrival is possible the day of reservation between 4pm and 8pm, departure must be done on the last day of reservation before 12pm, or before 12am for City Caravan and City Tipi guests.
- The pitch is free to choose in the reserved area. Motorhome pitches are exclusively for motorhomes and wagons with roof tent, large pitches for caravans, groups and large motorhomes / vehicles up to 9 meters, the tent meadow exclusively for tents.
- Motorhomes and buses that are longer than 9 metres, higher than 3.3 metres or heavier than 7.5 tonnes are not allowed on the campsite.
- A stay can last up to 14 days, long-term stays are not allowed.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the site, visitors are welcome after registration at the reception.
- The pitch is demarcated. Please make your setup within the provided area. No cars are allowed on the tent meadows indicated on the map as A, B and C.
- The reception manager has the right to compare your reservation with reality. He/she may point out to you if the reality is different from the reservation and ask you to comply immediately.
- The disposal of grey water and/or the emptying of chemical toilets is only permitted in the designated area and not in the toilet blocks or at the water points on the campsite.
- We ask everyone to use water and electricity sparingly. Washing and charging vehicles on the campsite is prohibited.
- Before using your barbecue, you should find a fireproof place, especially not under trees or near tents. Making an open fire is strictly prohibited. Electric cooktops are also prohibited.
- Smoking in the campsite buildings is prohibited. Use or distribution of drugs in any form is prohibited, as is the excessive use of alcohol. Violators may be expelled from the campsite.
- When using sound carriers, fellow guests may not be disturbed. There is a night silence from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- The campsite has a speed limit of 5 km per hour.
- An electricity connection can only be used after reservation and payment. Each connection may be loaded with a maximum of 1000W. Additional heaters and other energy guzzlers are not allowed.
- The waste must be sorted and dropped in the appropriate container. The use of garbage bags is mandatory. Please keep the grounds, the sanitary facilities, the waste area and the paths tidy.
- The pitch must be left intact and clean. Any damage to the pitch, plants, buildings or camping facilities will be recovered from the tenant.
- A dog must always be kept on a leash and must not be a nuisance to other guests. The campsite is not a dog park. Please clean up the droppings.
- In case of removal or early departure, you will not receive a refund of the camping fee paid.
- Theft and vandalism are always reported to the police.
- The management accepts no liability for damage to guests' property. Nor for accidents, with or without personal injury, that happen to guests or passers-by. Not even if this happens due to any negligence on the part of the campsite operator or others.
- The management reserves the right to remove persons, camping equipment, vehicles, etc. from the campsite if it deems that they cause or may cause a nuisance. This measure does not entitle you to reimbursement and/or compensation.
- All other matters not mentioned in these regulations will be determined exclusively by the management.
